The 20' geodesic sphere fabrication is tomorrow. Which will consist of cutting, pressing ends flat, drilling holes in both ends, bending the flat ends slightly (10-12 degrees) and finally spray painting the ends. (to color code the different sizes and to protect vs rust, the playa is a nasty alkaline place!). This "jig" will hold the conduit while the flat ends are drilled. For more info google desert domes.
